By accessing or using Studyrift you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
You may use Studyrift solely for lawful purposes. You agree not to upload content that infringes copyright, is offensive, or violates any applicable laws or regulations.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
You confirm that any content you upload is your original work or that you have the right to share it. You are solely responsible for the content you upload. Studyrift reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms.
All content you upload remains your property. By uploading, you grant Studyrift a non-exclusive licence to display and distribute it on the platform. Studyrift's own branding, design, and code remain the property of Studyrift.
Sellers earn a percentage of each sale as stated in their seller agreement. Studyrift processes payments securely. Payouts are made according to the schedule in your seller dashboard.
Studyrift reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice. You may also delete your account at any time from your dashboard.
Studyrift is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis.
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Last updated: May 2026.
